Your keyholder dashboard
See everyone you hold, who's overdue and what's waiting for you, and which alerts you'll get.
As a keyholder, Home is your dashboard. It shows everyone you hold and what each of them needs from you.
At the top
Three numbers:
- Paired: how many people you hold.
- Locked: how many of them have a lock running.
- Overdue: how many have a check-in overdue. It turns red when anyone is.
New pairing requests show under Pairing requests, with the person's message and any live penances that aren't okay for them (for example "Live penances ยท Not okay: recorded"), and Accept and Decline. See Pair with a keyholder.
Your locked members
Each person you hold has a card. Tap it to open their page, where you manage their lock (see Manage their lock). The card shows:
- ๐ how long they've been locked and when they last checked in, or ๐ On release and when they're due back, or Not currently locked
- one chip with the most important thing waiting:
- ๐ Request: a check-in exception to answer
- ๐ Release request: they asked for a release (see Manage their lock)
- โ๏ธ 1 proof: penance or task proof to review (๐ when it's only task proof)
- ๐ช Family powers: a family member waiting for you to decide what they can do
- ๐ท 1 to review: check-in photos from their current lock to approve or reject
- otherwise their status: On track, Check-in due soon, Check-in overdue, On release, Lock back up now or Not locked
Anyone with an overdue check-in comes first, highlighted in red, then anyone who has asked for a release, then everyone else.
Tap + Pair with another locked member at the bottom to invite someone else. If you also watch over someone as a family member, they're listed under Watching over.
The review queue
On a wide screen, like a laptop or desktop, the right-hand column shows Needs your attention on every page except Home. It lists up to 5 people who need something from you and what it is: Check-in overdue (with a red Late chip), Asked for a release, photos to review, penance proofs, task proofs, a check-in exception, or family powers to decide. Tap a person to open their page, or Open your dashboard โ to see everyone.
When nothing is waiting, it says You're all caught up.
On a phone, the chips on your Home cards do the same job.
Alerts you'll get
You'll find these in Alerts, and as push notifications and emails if you have them on. You're told when someone you hold:
- checks in, with or without a photo, including late check-ins. A photo CageCheck has flagged says so, so you look closely before approving.
- misses a check-in, or doesn't lock back up when a release ends
- locks back up after a release (with a photo to review)
- asks for a release or a check-in exception
- starts or ends a lock, or uses emergency unlock
- sends proof for a task or penance, misses a task, lets a penance go overdue, or uses their safeword
- updates their hard limits, or pauses or resumes tasks and penances
- hasn't checked in for a long time: you're warned about a day before their lock ends on its own, and told when it does (see When a lock ends on its own)
You're also told about pairing requests and answers, when a pairing ends, and when a family member answers a check-in exception for you.
To choose which emails you get, open Settings (More โ Settings on a phone) and go to Email. Check-ins from people you hold sends an email for every check-in; turn it off if that's too many. Important alerts covers emergency unlocks, release requests, safewords and missed check-ins.
